A, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine six hundred grams above or other equivalent amount of drugs, the general was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment; statutory aggravating circumstances or illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine a kilogram above, can be sentenced to life imprisonment.
Two, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine four hundred grams less than six hundred grams or other equivalent amount of drugs, the general sentenced to thirteen years and not more than fifteen years of fixed-term imprisonment.
Three, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine two grams less than four hundred grams or other equivalent amount of drugs, the general sentenced to ten years and not more than thirteen years of fixed-term imprisonment.
Four, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine fifty grams less than two grams or other equivalent amount of drugs, the general sentenced to seven years and not more than ten years of fixed-term imprisonment.
Five, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine 10 grams less than twenty-five grams or other equivalent amount of drugs, the following general sentenced to one year and six months imprisonment, criminal detention or control.
Six, illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine twenty-five grams less than thirty-five grams or other equivalent amount of drugs, the general sentenced to a year in six months or more three years of fixed-term imprisonment.
Seven, one of the following circumstances, can be identified as the criminal law 348th stipulation of "serious":
(a) the illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine thirty-five grams less than fifty grams or other equivalent amount of drugs.
(two) the national staff of illegal possession of drugs.
(three) other serious behavior.
Eight, illegal possession of drugs, if the circumstances are serious, the general sentenced to three years and not more than five years of fixed-term imprisonment; one of the following circumstances, be sentenced to more than five years of fixed-term imprisonment of seven years:
(a) the illegal possession of heroin or methamphetamine forty-two point five grams less than fifty grams.
(two) there is a statutory aggravating circumstances.
(three) there are two or more discretionary heavier plot.
