Hu Shuijing practices intellectual property with a focus on patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, patent and trademark invalidation and IP Consulting.Hu Shuijing has rich experiences in IP teaching and research. She is now teaching in Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
Ms. Hu joined Faith&Fine Law Firm on Dec 2014. Therefore she also works as an IP teacher at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Hu has published some excellent academic articles at Forum on Science and Technology in China, Electronic Intellectual Property, and other influential magazines. She has published an excellent academic book: Study on the Intellectual Property Risk in the Undertaking R&D Offshore Outsourcing.Ms. Hu got her PhD in IP Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
